Freelance: Condos, Strippers, and a Cold Case

It’s been a busy week at Xtra, and I have three stories up on the Toronto page.

First, the city is weighing changes to its strip club regulations that could end up banning “private dances” in Toronto. But don’t worry. Since the city *doesn’t* regulate swinger clubs, strip joints could always refile as swinger clubs and avoid any regulation whatsoever.

Last week was also the three-year anniversary of Chris Skinner’s murder. His family made an appeal to the public for anyone with information to come forward.

An guess what? Someone wants to build a condo in the Village, and people are upset.
